You might look like you’re holding it together on the outside, but inside you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of who you’re becoming. Maybe you’re carrying the weight of past experiences, struggling in your relationships, or feeling pulled in different directions by family, culture, and expectations. You don’t need someone to “fix” you - you need a space where you can finally breathe, slow down, and feel understood.

I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, identity concerns, self-esteem, perfectionism, and relationship or parenting challenges. As a second-generation Pakistani-American Muslim woman, I understand how complex it can be to hold multiple identities while trying to meet cultural, familial, and personal expectations, often all at once.

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and deeply collaborative. Drawing from Adlerian and client-centered perspectives, I focus on helping you understand your patterns, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward change in a way that feels realistic and meaningful for your life. At the heart of my work is the belief that growth happens through compassion, authenticity, and a strong therapeutic relationship. Therapy with me is warm, thoughtful, and paced to meet you where you are, not where you think you “should” be.

I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas, and through my training and clinical experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through a wide variety of emotional, relational, and life stressors. I consider it an honor to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of clarity, peace, and purpose. Wherever you are in your mental health journey, I’m ready to meet you there.
