Elizabeth Land, MS, LPC-S
I'm Elizabeth Land, MS, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for guiding individuals through their personal journeys. I earned my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University – Commerce in 2015 and hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas. I specialize in supporting survivors of abuse and trauma, guiding them through the healing process with compassion and understanding.
Lily Mateos, LCSW
Life can be hard to navigate without support. Having the right kind of support can help you overcome barriers and make navigating life possible. Let her be part of your journey! Lily has a Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and has been working with adults, children, teens, and families for over 5 years.  Lily speaks Spanish and is overjoyed to be able to bring therapy in your language.

I work with parents of LGBTQ+ youth and LGBTQ+ teens navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, bullying, or feeling unsafe. I also help parents understand their child’s emotional world and build skills to offer steady support. My approach is LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma-informed, and compassionate, focusing on strengthening connection so teens and parents feel grounded and supported.

Jamie Westmoreland, LPC
Jamie is a Licensed Professional Counselor who utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and evidence-based approaches like the Gottman Method, play therapy, and trauma-informed care to meet her clients' needs. Jamie specializes in helping individuals and couples with issues like infidelity, trauma, addiction recovery, PTSD, grief, and emotional regulation. She is committed to providing personalized, supportive care that fosters lasting growth across all ages.

Tasneem Alhomsy is a multicultural community counselor and recent graduate of the Community-Based Block (CBB) program at San Diego State University. With a trauma-informed foundation and training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), she tailors therapy to each client’s needs. She supports individuals from diverse backgrounds in navigating relational issues, trauma, depression, and anxiety with empathy and cultural sensitivity.
