LPC Associate - Supervised by Elizabeth Land LPC-S
Zachary Guerrero
Zachary Guerrero is an LPC Associate who works with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. He provides a warm, collaborative space for clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, identity development, and major life transitions.
Zachary takes a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs, goals, and pace. He incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), activity-based interventions, and play therapy for children ages 3 and older. His work is grounded in helping clients better understand their emotions, identify unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping skills, and build healthier connections with themselves and others.
He has a particular interest in supporting clients experiencing complex trauma, relational distress, young-adult adjustment, anxiety, depression, and concerns related to self-esteem or identity. Zachary is LGBTQIA+-affirming and works with LGBTQIA+ children, teens, adults, couples, and families. He offers supportive, affirming care for clients exploring identity, navigating family or relationship dynamics, processing experiences of rejection or misunderstanding, or seeking a space where they can feel seen and understood.
Zachary also works with couples who want to improve communication, rebuild connection, navigate conflict, and create more secure, fulfilling relationships. Whether a client is seeking support for themselves, their child, their relationship, or a difficult season of life, Zachary strives to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where meaningful growth can take place.
